This salad is made from our garden stuff - everything except for the red onion.
We got fresh peaches and black berries from the fruit stand. We ate peaches like crazy and I ended up making jam with the left overs. I put the black berries in too. This is all it made!
For Independence Day I made a cheese cake type dessert and made the design on top red white and "blue" with the berries. It was delish!
